Report on the 2017 Annual Awards Ceremony of Shida Tongtai

On the afternoon of February 11, the company held a grand 2017 Annual Work Summary and Awards Ceremony in the second-floor cafeteria. Company leaders—Chairman Lu, General Manager Lu, and General Manager Hu—attended the event, which was chaired by Minister Li of the Management Department.
At the meeting, General Manager Hu began by summarizing the company’s performance for 2017, providing a comprehensive review of the achievements attained throughout the year. He then analyzed the current development landscape and identified areas where further improvement is needed. Following this, General Manager Lu built on Mr. Hu’s summary to outline the company’s outlook for 2018, emphasizing that 2017 was an extraordinary year in Shida Tongtai’s history. Despite a challenging macroeconomic environment, under the company’s sound leadership, all employees rose to the occasion, tackled difficulties head-on, and overcame obstacles, delivering outstanding results—a testament to the collective efforts of every team member. Nevertheless, there remain many areas for improvement, and we must remain vigilant. In the new year, we will enhance the company’s image, accelerate market expansion, strengthen team building, elevate employees’ overall competencies and skills, refine our internal management systems, adjust our compensation structure, and intensify training and development initiatives—all aimed at improving employee benefits and safeguarding their interests. On behalf of the company, Generals Hu and Lu expressed their gratitude to all employees for their hard work and extended New Year greetings to every staff member and their families.
During the meeting, representatives of the 2017 Annual Model Workers and Outstanding Employees addressed the assembly. Chairman Lu and General Manager Lu presented honorary certificates and awards to the distinguished representatives, while General Manager Hu distributed year-end bonuses to all employees.
As the new year begins, all things are renewed. The coming year ushers in fresh hope, and a new journey carries new dreams. In 2018, under the company’s sound leadership, all employees of Shida Tongtai worked with unwavering unity, pooled their efforts, and delivered solid results, together creating new splendor!
